Yes. There will be free pick up and drop off from home/school/work within a 10-mile radius. If more than 10 miles a small trip fee may apply.

Street Smart Driving School operates a Nissan Sentra that is equipped with an O.S approved brake on the passenger side of the vehicle. It also has a back up camera, blind spot motion detectors on the side mirrors and a rear-view mirror on the passenger side.

Yes. Nevada State Licensed and Bonded.

If you call or text to cancel within 24 hours there is no cancel fee. I will just reschedule the lesson that works best for you.

If it is less than 24 hours a $50.00 cancel fee will apply.

Yes. No matter if you are 15 ½ or older, you must obtain an instruction permit from the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles before taking any behind-the-wheel lessons.

No. Street Smart Driving School is fully insured with the required insurance by Nevada State Laws.

Absolutely NOT. Always have your permit with you when driving a motor vehicle. A licensed driver who’s 21 years or older who is licensed no less than 1 year must be seated next to you in the passenger seat.

That will depend on your experience, I always recommend taking 3 lessons. I can teach a lot in 3 lessons each lesson is 2-hours in duration. Just know I can better evaluate what you will need in just the first driving lesson. Everyone is different in there driving ability. Some people are fast learners and others may be slow learners depends on the individual.

The state requires 50-hours of driving with either a driving instructor or anyone who is 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license no less than 1 year seated next to you in the passenger seat.

You must document your driving time on a state approved driving log. You can obtain a driving log from either the DMV or your driving instructor.

Yes. Just remember the law. The passenger must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license no less than 1 year seated next to you in the passenger seat and all other passengers must be wearing a seatbelt or in a child approved car seat depending on his/her age.

Depending on the persons experience level the Instructor will use her own judgement on where she will start with you. If you have under 5 hours of driving experience, I tend to start in a parking lot. If you have 10 or more hours of driving experience, I tend to start in residential areas and then try to extend to busier streets.

Yes, You can have a freeway driving lesson if I feel you are ready. We will start on busier roads and then lead up to freeway driving.

No, You can purchase an individual 2-hour lesson.

Yes. You will be called or texted the night before your appointment.

Yes, Only if you complete 6 hours of Behind-the-wheel.

As of right now 3/24/2023 all local DMV locations are scheduling appointments about 8 weeks out.

Yes, Depending on the day and time your appointment is scheduled for. I will provide the car, registration, and insurance card the day of your test.
