Mary Osland was attending college and needed to find a job with flexible hours. She saw an ad in the local newspaper (it was the year 2000) she applied and immediately was called in for a person- to- person interview.
The interview went well, and she was hired on the spot. The next 3 months was a lot of studying and taking DMV approved tests along with her college homework. Thankfully, she passed all the required DMV tests on the first time.
She worked for that driving school in Minnesota for 4 ½ years until she graduated from college with a business degree. She then decided to open her own driving school.
Mary loves working with students/Adults and thrives on working with nervous or challenged individuals. She has a great personality and a whole lot of patience. Her #1 priority is Safety. She is very detail oriented; she makes sure that you fully understand what she is teaching you to perform and have the confidence and driving skills to pass your driver’s license road test on the first time.
After 21 years of driving instructor experience, she has become one of the best instructors in her line of work. She is committed to teaching the very best in Safe Driving Techniques, Showing Respect for other Drivers, Awareness of Outside Distractions and Respect for the Road.
